EXPERTS

Overview

In common with most EU-funded service contracts, training and consultancy will be delivered by a team of international and local experts, defined in the Terms of Reference as "key" and "non-key".

Key experts form the project implementation team. They are selected and named during the tendering process. In this project, the team comprises the following six Key Experts:

  • Team Leader
  • Expert on Curriculum Modernisation
  • Expert on Media Self-regulation
  • Expert on Human Resources Management and Journalism Training
  • Finance Officer
  • Technical Assistant & Interpreter

The Key Experts then select teams of Non-key Experts to work on specific project outputs. The CVs of these non-key experts are submitted to the European Institute and the Contracting Authority for approval. Their candidacy is measured against a range of criteria including nationality and professional experience.
