Each Commission will consist of twelve members:  four representatives will be nominated by journalists; four members will be nominated by employers or owners; four members will be independent representatives agreed by both sides.
 
The “Commission Procedures”, available here, are the currently proposed “draft procedures” – the official and final version of the Procedures still needs to be formally decided by the “Council” and the Commissions, once the Commissions have been formally established

It is assumed, however, that there will be only minor amendments to the current version of these Draft Procedures.
