Welcome to the ECBJ website

In collaboration with Radio Nederland Training Centre and
funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the BBC has
set up a modern, fully-equipped radio and television training
centre in central Belgrade - the European Centre for Broadcast
Journalism (ECBJ).

As an independent organisation, ECBJ aims at providing a framework through
which broadcasting media in this region will be able to gain quality training at
all levels.

By delivering the right training at the right time with our expert international
and local trainers, we hope to contribute to the further development of a fair and
balanced free flow of information.

Our training centre provides fully equipped TV and radio studios as well as
newsrooms. Therefore, the training we offer is in a structured environment, but
also on-site. Additional support is delivered via the Internet.
